Cornhole FAQ
Cornhole FAQ
We currently prefer to arrange pickup in the Tomball / Cypress / Spring areas of Houston, based on which is easiest for you. If you would like to have the boards shipped though, choose shipping at checkout and we can have the boards professionally packaged for safe transport to you. Boards are heavy though, so shipping can be hefty too.
Each custom cornhole set comes with 2 hand built and sealed boards. Bags can be added to your order for an additional cost. We offer two styles of bags — solid color or custom design. Both options are all weather resin filled.
These boards are American Cornhole Organization (ACO) regulation size. They are 24″ x 48″ and made from 5/8″ hardwood baltic birch plywood top. The frame is made from 5/8″ baltic birch as well. The legs fold out to raise the back of the board to the 12″ regulation height. It is joined with wood glue and pocket hole screws so that it will stay connected and no screws are visible from the outside. A cross brace on the back keeps the board sturdy and prevents bag bounce. These boards are made to last for years to come.
We treat our boards like you would normal furniture. They are water resistant due to the poly sealant, but we wouldn’t leave them out in the rain if possible. Our boards are built to last a lifetime, so applying a few coats of poly every couple years (depending on use) will help keep them looking great for the long term.
